wrong. he didnt try to attack iraq before 9 11, and we still need oil because solar cars are YEARS away, but we dont get most of our oil from Iraq, iraq is a minor supplier of our oil, so if bush wanted to take over any nation why didnt he take Saudi arabia? it would have been easier to swing AND we actually get oil from there to begin with.
