with all their Unpatriotic actions the big three have commited over the years I say it's time to tell 'em if they want to ship our jobs over seas, Go move to Mexico and build your crummy cars there. And let the USA take control of the auto plants and make cars that aren't made to break down in two to three years. cars used to last for 20 years or more.
Let them fail, for they've done nothing but piss on america for a long time.
we should teach them a lesson for shipping jobs overseas.
now the failure is the only thing you deserve.
If you want relief, you have a tool available to you without financially raping America -
It's called Chapter 11 restructuring!
Stupid management and union greed should not be rewarded off the backs of hard working Americans.
If I have a hole in my pocket, I am NOT going to keep putting money in it.
Just because we give you money isn't going to make us want to buy your cars. how many more times will you have to come back for a fix?? It's time to go cold turkey!!
maybe if you had sht all over us we would still care.
grow up! your an international company ask the imf for money.
They would be only a temporary patch for the problem. The REAL problem is that u.s.a. uses too much resources. We live in a closed enviroment called earth. This ambient has limited resources, so using them in the u.s.a.'s way cannot be the right way. The collappse of the automotive market is a symptom of the change needing.
Change now, to be prepared in the future. Less shopping, more energy saving and more integration with our enviroment: the earth.
If the US domestic auto industry collapses, then maufacturers, suppliers, will simply work for Toyota and Renault instead.
And US citizens will not have to pay the bills of all these terrible cars the manufactuers have been building for years that are too heavy, that consums too much gaz, and that are not competitive.
Pretending that America will collapse is a pure propaganda paid by the CEOs of Detroit, (who come to whashington asking for help in their private jets...).
GM, along with Chevron killed the EV1. GM should go and ask Chevron for the money to bail them out. NO to the bailout for the big 3!!!
BUSINESS HAS NEVER BEEN GOOD !!!
No more mortgaging our future to socialize big businesses losses!
