"Nuno is a hack"....what are you, 12? Nuno has no problem crediting his influences, and EVH is one of them. However, Nuno is much more rounded as a songwriter and composer than EVH is...do the research and see what Nuno has done, who he has played for, more importantly, who he has WRITTEN for. It won't with vanhlnfan4life. His bias is in his name! I know that Nuno is a damn fine guitarist. I can admit, however, that there are a select few better than him. But, being one of the best guitarist in the world, is quite and accomplishment for Nuno. He's amazing! If vanhlnfan4life picked up a guitar, and tried to play EVH's stuff compared to Nuno's stuff, he'd be like...."oh, I really have been a fucking idiot this entire time."

You're right, most people know EVH. If you asked them who Yngwie Malmsteen, Michael Angelo Batio, Eric Johnson, maybe Vai to name a few, they most likely won't know who you're talking about. However, all the artists I just named could shred EVH up. This is just fact. EVH was a huge icon of his era, but that doesn't automatically the best guitarist ever. Jimi Hendrix was a huge icon, maybe more so than EVH. So you must be saying Jimi is better...right?! Fucking idiot.

Page shouldn't be anywhere near the top 10. Live he was less than mediocre, at best. I'm not a big fan of extreme, but Nuno is a great guitarist. Regardless, Zeppelin never had a Billboard #1 single, Extreme did.

Very true. This vanhlnfan4life is profusely biased. If EVH himself said, hey, I can't play like this guy, he'd still be in denial. Like I've told him, Van Halen sold millions of albums. I think EVH is a great songwriter and great for his time, but he can't play like the guys of today. Kurt Cobain sold millions of albums, but his guitar playing is extremely easy.
