first of all the fascist countries were capitalist. they practiced corporatism, which is capitalist. the idea of a free market is an illusion, it doesn't and has never existed. second, socialism doesn't mean government intervention. socialism means democratically controlled means of production. a totalitarian state can not be socialist. goldberg proves his idiocy by conflating liberalism with left wing. they're not the same. liberalism is simply the opposite of authoritarianism.
