Her acting can be pretty shocking in parts.
2.35-2.40 What is up with the whole dipping and clutching her chest when she sings "What's the word?!".
It's been directed so badly. Her face is just dead at the end.
Really not impressed.

Okay all of you who are bashing Sierra Boggess and her acting, you can go suck it. You all are just jealous cuz she could out-sing and act all of you. Plus, considering she has a starring role on Broadway, she must have some sort of talent!!

I have a very high appreciation for theatre... even Disney interpretations. I was even Lumiere in BATB, which was a blast and perfect for the stage. I just personally think that Little Mermaid is better off-stage. Geez, between Little Mermaid, Titanic the Musical, and Finding Nemo on Ice, theatre people should just stay away from aquatics altogether. But that's just my opinion, nothing against yours!

My aunt is working on braodway and she told me that they thaught her some special breathing technique so she wouldn't have to extend her stomach as far as usually and thus wouldn't look too big!!! crazy! as if such a tiny person could ever look big!!

Umm... she does all the high notes... but... i dunno. At the beginning she has a sweet voice and when she ups the volume... it just loses that sweetness. And she acts like if Ariel's clueless or something... it's not like Ariel's has loose screws. She's just curious bout the world around her.
