I didn't deny the existence of "god", the higher being is you and I, there is no higher being outside in "heaven".
You are free to choose your belief systems, but don't impose it on others, just like it was imposed on your ancestors by the Roman Catholic Church, with its Inquisition and Crusades, where millions of women were burned, and a lot of them, (man, women and children) were tortured and killed for not accepting the bible literally, that's pure evil. The choice was forced on them...

This is in response to xxXghislainXxx. On the point you made that Jesus Christ was not a real person. Look at tacticus, a famous historian in Christ's time, and all the information we trust him to give us. He admits that this man named Jesus, the Christ, was some sort of sorcerer. True this is not a positive view of Christ but it does help us see that a historian acknowledged his "more than humanity". Jesus is regerenced countless times in history. Look it up. I'm not going to reprimand any of your comments. But if you really want to say something with hard evidence, look up all the PROOF, not theoretical explanations, but rather proof. Find that the world, as stated in the bible to have been created, goes along with the archeological time line. Find that hard evidence won't fill your kitchen table. Find that "hard evidence" is coherent with the theory, but no with each other. Just look at it, and make your own decision.

don't worry, I have a different view on what the Symbol of Jesus and the 12 really signifies. I have done my research and I found out what the symbols in the bible really mean, that's why the bible cannot be taken literally always. There is a lot of symbolic language, like Joseph and his 12 brothers, or Jesus and his 12 disciples. I know there is a direct reference to the sun and the 12 constellations, and also the references to entheogens is overwhelming.

Symbolism is used everywhere, even in politics. The Flag of the united states represents our great nation and the dedication we have towards it. As for the fact that the bible can not be taken literaly always, i disagree. What is time in God's eyes? For him a thousand years is a second and a millenium can go past in an hour. Most people feel that the bible can't be taken literaly because the world was made in a week, i don't think so. Keep doing research though

financial crisis are a normal process in the economy.
But the big crisis happened because the USA do not realise Basel II. European Banker could not give credits like the american did.
May be foreign countries have a better feeling for bad devellopments. In europe the press and the politicans have seen, that Bush is not good for the americans and the world. But Smith supported Bush - as a christian he should had a feeling, that something is wrong with Bush.
