Wicker Camp (Sheffield) run by Arjarn Mick Mullaney and his wife Trix March is one of the biggest and oldest Thai Boxing camps in the UK boasting the most champions of any gym in the UK. Their fighters have a strong reputation here and abroad and have fought all over the world. This video shows Rd. 5 of World Title Fight: Imran Khan (Wicker Camp) vs Rung (Thailand) at the Wicker Camp's Annual Show 2007 - held at the Octagon Centre, Sheffield on 22/4/07.

Anyway it had nothing to do with his skin colour. I said the same about the way Enzo Calzaghe (A WHITE MAN)was showing no respect for David Haye (A BLACK MAN) before his fight with Maccarinelli on March 8th. You've just put a racist spin on it!

I mentioned his ethnicity because Pakistani is what he is, I think you may have cried 'racist' as soon as you saw the word 'Pakistani'. If it was the Thai guy i was identifying I would have said 'Thai guy'.
No worries though, it's just the social conditioning that results from a country that has become hyper sensitive to 'Political Correctness', calling things PC incorrect when in fact there's nothing unethical with what's being said or done.

Boxing is an excellent sport but there are not many boxers who would stand up to an equally matched Thai boxer.

Muay Boran, on the other hand, means old style boxing. Muay Boran is the name for a standardized collection of old styles of Muay Thai including Muay Chai Cheurk, Muay Chaiya etc. Muay Boran is the traditional art and Muay Thai is the sport ;)
