This video is not surprising for anyone. We all know how MQM wins all seats in every elections in KHI. Purely with rigging, blackmailing and pressurizing the Karachiats at Gun Point. All unpolled votes are casted this way through the polling agents and election commission staff who are all taken and appointed from MQM workers. TV channels are also under pressure from MQM since their offices are burnt and fired upon if they show anything against MQM (Mavali Qantuta Party).
