Hi mate. This is a really helpful post. However, my friend gave me her iphone as she got the new 3g one. She reset all the settings so i could unlock it. When i plug it in the i-tunes will come up telling me that my iphone is up to date. SO.... i open ziphone 3.0 and press the unlock, jailbreak etcetc the same as you. It sais "searching for i-phone and never gets past that. Occassionaly it will say copying ing data and then NOTHING. Any ideas. I am about to bin it lol

Ok, Just to let everyone on here know, ZiPhone 3.0 WILL NOT work with any version of 2.0 firmware.
To jailbreak 2.0 you will need to use pwnagetool or winpwn or quickpwn. There is currently no program offered by Zibri to jailbreak the 2.0/2.0.1/2.0.2 firmware.
A lot of people seem confused on here.
