same logic for 10 commandments goes for the bill of rights (the first 10 ammendments of the constitution, a few of which are pretty much ignored, congress cannot do anything not explicitly in the constitution, congress must declare war, prisoners must be guranteed the right to a speedy trial of their peers, the right to privacy of ones home and searches without a warrant, infringing on the womans right to choose, infringing on gays right to happiness,descrimination against a religeon islam.
