I think regarding this song only there was a conflict btw saroj khan n sri. And saroj was telling sri tat her career s abt to end as she was not getting 'good songs' tat time!! But how cud she say tat about this song!! its such a beautiful song but not well choreograped!!The set is also not good. Ofcourse Sri danced fantastically!!Only becoz of Sri's charisma its worth for watching!She was and will remain as the empress of bollywood for ever!! No one else can sit in that throne.

She did not talk about one particular song. And what happened at the end of the day? Sri realized her mistake and deeply apologized to saroj for her irrational behaviour. That says to me that Sridevi was a very sincere women. Very few people in today's world are smart enough to realize their mistakes.

Sridevi indeed is the last empress, she started as main heroin and left as main heroin with a hit film Judaai to her credit. Madhuri when came 1996 and 1998, she vanished after DTPH and after unsuccess for years she started doing supporting roles, this is not what you call domination.

If that was the case then Shabana Azmi would have been the number one in early 80s as she got few awards!!! Madhuri's peak was 1994 you cant even mention other movies after that.

Amitabh was still number won but did not win any best actor award throughout 80s. Kajol won award in 1995, so do you agree kajol was number in 1995.
