Bah!!you don't know anything about in the history of Metal, Ice Earth not only was influence by Iron Maiden.
Iced Earth's musical style is often described as a medley of many major 80's metal acts such as the NWOBHM bands Iron Maiden and Judas Priest, combined with 1980s Thrash bands such as Metallica and Testament. I don't really think that you know that much either... You just copied that straightly from Wikipedia. Just take look at the 'Iced Earth'-article and you'll notice, um, some similarities. :D
Taking influences isn't the same thing as copying. It seems like you mentioned Testament as a forerunner, though I'd say that it has taken more influenses from Metallica than Iced Earth has taken from Iron Maiden. But who even cares?

I'm not really into the newer stuff either. Crucible of Man was probably mostly written for Tim Owens' voice anyways. I prefer Matt, but Tim kinda has a different thing going on and Matt doesnt work as well on that stuff.

They played Dracula at their House of Blues Show in Cleveland and is was as you say Orgasmic. It was fucking awsome I wish they would have played this but o well I have Alive in Athens to hear this. It was still an awsome show though.
