Oh, okay that is a small exception. I've been playing King of Fighters games in Japanese for the Dreamcast and I'm getting really sick of it.
But the ports for the PC Engine are decent even though the system had only two buttons. Art of Fighting for PCE > Art of Fighting for Sega Genesis

Nice compilation. I own all of these except WH2. These are extremely impressive conversions for an 8 bit console, even if it's an 8bit console with 3 rounds of RAM enhancement. :)

Because they were actually made by the sophisticated high budget company SNK. The Snes and Genesis versions are so crappy because they were made by the shitty company Takara which was a very lowbudget company. They're workers were practically slaves and had no reason to make a game good because they weren't getting paid anyway. Takara was known for making pirated nes games beleive it or not.

and also the snes and sega ports were all supposed to be pirated carts. The owner of Takara was illiterate to Japanese writing and continued to signed contracts with Nintendo and Sega while being unaware with what they are actually signing.

Ive got fatal fury special on pc engine and i must say its a really good port for an 8? bit
system.. much and much better than the super nes.

I used to own all these games for my TurboDuo system, it's just too bad that the motor on the CDRom drive stopped working, so I sold all the games afterward :-(
Nowadays I keep all the games that I purchase.

Thanks, i enjoyed watching those. As has already been mentioned, pretty much superior ports in relation to their 16bit brethren. However, I felt that even though the Graphics & Music were good (The graphics here are very impressive for an 8bit conversion) I felt that the SFX were pretty poor, especially Fatal Fury 2 & Sp. The voices are pretty intact and clear, but the 'hit' SFX & hitting the floor SFX (etc) sounded really 'MasterSystem'. I really dig the meaty smashes & bashes of the Originals

actually it is the arcade card.considering the pc engine and turbografx 16 are 8 bit machines with a 16 bit graphics co processor these are very good ports.i have fatal fury special for my turbo and i have played the sega cd version of fatal fury special and the genesis port of fatal fury 2 the turbo version kills those two.

these games are bliss with a 6 button stick.i have 2 hori fighting stick pc's and i converted them to work on my turbo cd.that and i have fatal fury special and art of fighting and world heroes 2 on the way.these games play very good with the 6 button stick.
