This just isn't throat singing. He's not doing it right. You can't use your vocal chords to throat sing, then just go about trying to sing other parts 'normally'. That's a big indication that you're not doing it right, at all. You get the basics in some parts... A little.
As long as you're into it, keep practicing.
P.S. I don't mean to sound harsh. I'm just being honest. You need practice and probably with the basics... At least from what I've seen here.

Not so bad, but room to improve. I teach throatsinging; find my website link from my YT page and join our forum, also I have online lessons. Maybe I'll post a video response, too...

Thank you for you coment =) well, to some coments I recive I just know people simply don't know what they are talking about. Im glad you see my efort, but I cant lie I am only a biginer, I found this by mear coincidence wile exploring my voice. It's good that pople like you give thoat-singing importance and making sites about it sure will help people to know and learn this mongolian awsome way of singing. Good Luck and thanks again! =)

Honestly, I think that that's some mighty good khoomei. I've been trying it myself, along with some kargyrra but, (as one can see from the video response I posted up), sound more like a dying cat. Keep practicing though, you sound good.
